PACT’s Alana House team use a holistic approach to support women by empowering them to take control of their lives, make informed decisions and improve their life chances.
We are now looking for a strong team player to help with providing valuable administrative support to the team. This is a varied role with responsibility for creating a welcoming environment for service users, visitors and partnership workers, inputting accurate and timely data to the database, planning and running the service delivery diary, ordering resources and stock, answering the phone and door buzzer, arranging meetings and minute taking.
You should have some previous administrative experience, good IT skills (particularly using databases and Excel) and be calm, friendly and approachable.
- Fixed term appointment to end of April 2019 (with the possibility to extend).
- Ideally we are looking to have someone in role for the end of January 2019.
- 30 hours per week.
- Based in Reading.
