We are looking to recruit an experienced and committed Operations Manager, based in Reading, to provide line management support and guidance to our frontline staff, enabling them to support service users when they need us most. The role includes coordinating with victims, children and perpetrators, ensuring all of our work in Reading is well structured and delivered. The role will also have responsibility for leading on our training as well as providing back up support to our out of hour’s service.
For the above vacancy, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a confidential and safeguarding environment, and have an understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families.
