TVPS is a charity that supports people living with HIV in Berkshire. We’re a small but very busy team and we need someone who can juggle all the background details of running a small charity so that we can carry on delivering a first class front line service to those living with HIV. The post holder will be responsible for all of the aspects that help pull the charity together, from ensuring we have enough milk in our fridge to making sure budgets are up to date and our finances are in good order.
You’ll be organised and work meticulously to ensure our spreadsheets, policies and procedures are kept up to date. You’ll have a good eye for detail and, as an experienced office worker, be able to add value to our organisation by advising on where we can save time and money with our processes.
This role will suit someone with 2+ years office experience. You don’t need charity or fundraising experience, but you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and have experience of recording and reconciling financial transactions. You will be working at both our centres in Reading and Slough. Driving Licence required.
