PACT’s Community services include Alana House and Bounce Back 4 Kids. Alana House is an innovative women’s community solution in Reading and provides outreach support Berkshire-wide.

This is a busy and varied role, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring effective office support services are provided to colleagues and providing PA support to senior managers.

In addition, as the Database Manager, the postholder will have responsibility for ensuring the ongoing integrity of the Communities database, undertaking data analysis and producing reports and key statistics to evidence the great work we do.

Excellent IT and communication skills are essential as is being able to work as part of a team and independently when needed. With a keen eye for accuracy and detail you should be well organised, able to cope with pressure at times and demonstrate empathy with vulnerable people. Ideally you will have some previous supervisory experience.
