Dingley’s Promise is a charity committed to the best start for every child. We support children with additional needs and disabilities in our three centres across Berkshire, and also provide support and information to their families. Our settings provide the best early intervention for children with SEND and, wherever possible, put them on the path to inclusion. Last year 40% of our transitions were to mainstream educational settings.

The Group Operations Manager will provide leadership and development to managers and staff across all centres, ensuring that high quality services to children and their families are delivered at all times, in accordance with the aims, vision and values of the organisation.
