As Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for leading the activity of Hope into Action, Reading (HIAR), a franchise of Hope into Action UK. You will supervise a small team of Empowerment Workers who work closely with the tenants in our two houses. You will also network with churches and other organisations in Reading, promoting the work of HIAR and seeking to grow it. Growth of the work of HIAR would probably lead to more hours of work in the role.

• You will have a heart for those without homes, can support and manage our Empowerment Workers, and help in the management and support of our tenants.
• You will seek to develop the organisation by promoting the work of HIAR, seeking to find new investors and potentially new homes to open.
• You will have the ability to work in a flexible team and learn new skills, willing to pitch in and help where necessary.
