Digital Officer – closing date 11 January 2019

PACT is a supportive and respectful place where people are genuinely passionate about delivering positive outcomes for children and their families. We have been at the forefront of adoption services for over 60 years, working with local authorities across the country.

With our Ofsted outstanding rating, we work with a high degree of flexibility and innovation and are proud to support PACT adopters through the lifetime of each family’s adoption journey.

The Adopter Hub is an online support service for adopters (both PACT and external) and practitioners which offers a suite of support packages including peer support via email and webchat, an adopter discussion forum, a range of resources using audio visual media, and eLearning.

PACT is looking for a digital officer to join The Adopter Hub team to provide robust technical expertise to ensure smooth delivery, including CMS and design development, user maintenance and support, content management, editing audio visual media as well as problem solving and ongoing maintenance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with excellent IT skills to join a team passionate to develop our support services. You should be an IT professional and enjoy working in a team.
