- Community-based project managing volunteers.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with service users, and to build relationships with essential contacts.
- Current safeguarding certification to be able to work with children and vulnerable adults.
- Successful fundraising for new community/gardening projects.
The Development Officer will work with and be supported by the Five a Day Management Committee and education/session tutors.
