PACT currently has 2 community projects, Alana House Women’s community project and Bounce Back 4 Kids. Alana House is a women specific support project supporting vulnerable women with complex needs and those at risk of offending to help them make changes in their lives and BB4K is a support programme for children and families affected by domestic abuse.
The Database Officer will be responsible for maintaining the Lamplight database and any other information systems used to ensure accurate and relevant information is captured effectively, supporting the Communities Team as required. You will be responsible for inputting, processing and analysing data to produce accurate regular and ad-hoc reports.
We are looking for someone with previous database administration experience in a team setting, with experience in analysing data, interpreting reports and identifying trends. You will have excellent skills in creating and formulating spreadsheets and a thorough knowledge of Outlook and Word.
You will need to be resourceful and have the ability to work in a team environment and independently when required. With a keen eye for accuracy and detail you should be well organised, able to cope with pressure at times, and be able to demonstrate empathy with vulnerable people.
