We have an opening for a Community Navigator Administrator. This is a new position working within our Community Navigator Scheme. Community navigation is a scheme that signposts people to help and support opportunities or activities from within the national and local voluntary community sector. This unique role is an opportunity for the successful candidate to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Wokingham Borough.
The role is office based in Bracknell and you will be responsible for taking the lead on responding to referrals that come into the scheme via telephone, email and online. You will be confident on the phone and in written communications. Some knowledge of the voluntary sector and health and social care will be beneficial. Experience of database management/data entry will be also be essential as well as good time management, keeping calm under pressure and managing your workload well. Full training will be provided.
