The Advisor provides proactive and reactive support to those responsible for these buildings and is committed to helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

They are confident, patient, and interested in developing strong and mutually supportive relationships. They will provide a first-rate service, continually developing their skills and being an enthusiastic ambassador of village halls and other community buildings.
