PACT’s Women’s Community Project (Alana House) is an innovative women’s community solution in Reading and provides outreach support Berkshire wide.
We are looking for an administrator to help with a varied frontline role with responsibility for creating a welcoming environment for service users, visitors and partnership workers, inputting data to the database, running the service delivery diary, ordering resources and stock, answering the phone and door buzzer, arranging meetings and minute taking.
You should have some previous administrative experience, ideally gained in a social care setting, have good IT skills (particularly using databases and Excel), be calm, friendly and approachable and able to work both as part of a friendly and busy team and independently.
