Care Assistant – closing date 18 May 2018

The Liberty of Earley House is a residential care home for the elderly in Lower Earley owned and managed by The Earley Charity.

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic Care Assistants who enjoy helping others and seeing the difference their support can make, to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

To be considered, you must be able to work early, late and night shifts as part of a rota system. This will include weekend and bank holiday working. You must be able to work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service and be flexible in your approach to work, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

About you

Experience is not essential. As long as you have the right attitude, we will give you all the training you need to provide an exemplary service and gain new skills, including a recognised vocational qualification.

If you have a caring, positive nature and enjoy working as part of a friendly, dedicated team, then we would like to hear from you.

Please note that the successful candidates will need to provide satisfactory references and DBS Checks.
