We deliver this support in a wide and holistic range of services to meet the needs of our families; one of these is our flagship Adopter Hub.
The Adopter Hub is an online support service for adopters (both PACT and external) and practitioners which offers a suite of support packages.
PACT is looking for a Digital Officer to join The Adopter Hub team to assist in the smooth running of The Hub. This will involve researching and uploading online content including eLearning, videos and webinars. You will communicate with users though emails and surveys and support them with access to The Hub, answering enquiries and troubleshooting. Experience of working with Drupal, html, social media and editing audio-visual material is desirable.
