We have a vacancy for a part-time Administration Officer to join our small but busy office team. The Administration Officer will have responsibility for maintaining and updating records, policies and procedures and our Charitylog database. In addition, the postholder will also assist our Bookkeeper with raising monthly invoices and related financial processes.
You will also answer the phone and ensure all queries are dealt with as appropriate, welcome visitors, and help with the administration of volunteer recruitment and records.
The Administration Officer will report to the Office Manager.
