The post requires an enthusiastic, approachable and creative individual who will support and lead the clients of Headway Thames Valley, who have all suffered an acquired brain injury, in a variety of activities, as well as coordinating a team of support workers at the Day Centre in Henley-on-Thames.
Ideally applicants should have a Diploma 3 in Health & Social Care and preferably have some experience of working with ABI clients, but this is not essential.
Effective leadership and good communication skills are essential, together with the ability to motivate a small team of support workers.
Part time, 15 hours per week.
