An opportunity to use therapeutic writing to re-imagine reality and to connect to what is possible for you in this time of change
Would you like to have a deeper connection to your life?
We spend so much time following the lives of others that we forget about our own life, our unique path. Connecting to the life we have lived, and are living, helps us to approach change with positivity and confidence. In these ‘words for wellbeing’ workshops we’ll use therapeutic writing. This can help to:
- increase self awareness and confidence
- reduce anxiety
- reduce isolation
- create connections
- increase gratitude
- improve relationships
Take time out to reflect on your life, write, speak, connect and share. Writer and counsellor Shirley Anstis will select from poems, stories, images or quotes to provide a starting point.
