Training – Universal Credit

The course provides an overview of universal credit. It will cover the following:

  • what is universal credit?
  • who is eligible?
  • how to claim
  • how existing benefits will change
  • how universal credit will be calculated
  • how other benefits will be affected
  • claimant’s commitment
  • sanctions.

The course is delivered at our offices on Minster Street by one of our experienced trainers.

The cost per delegate will be:

  • £50 (charity)
  • £60 (statutory)
  • £90 (commercial).

There are discounts for multiple booking. All fees cover training, support materials and tea and coffee.
