As a trusted and established training service, Citizens Advice Reading Training Services has been offering courses to a wide range of organisations for over 10 years – particularly to front line workers and their managers. This course looks at the ESA and PIP forms in detail and provides tips on how to complete these effectively. It is suitable for anyone who has either attended the Introduction to Benefits Course, and ideally the Sickness and Disability Benefits Course, or who has a basic understanding of sickness and disability benefits already. It will cover:
• General tips on form filling
• ESA claims process
• Understanding the descriptors
• Completing ESA50
• PIP claims process
• Understanding the areas of assessment
• Completing the PIP form
The course runs from 10 am – 1 pm and is delivered at our offices on Minster Street by one of our experienced trainers.
The course fee is: £50 per delegate (charity)/£60 (statutory)/£90 (commercial). Discounts are available for multiple bookings. All fees cover training, support materials and tea and coffee.
We also offer tailored/in-house courses for organisations. If you would like a group to be trained either at your premises or at ours, do contact us for further details.
