Sunday Assembly Reading: Life

Sunday 23 April 2017

This month Sunday Assembly Reading’s keynote speaker is our Alok Jha, science correspondent for ITV News, author and broadcaster.

The Sunday Assembly is a free secular congregation that celebrates life. Members of Sunday Assembly believe in Living Better, Helping Often and Wondering More, for no other reason than to make the most of the one life we know we have.

This month we examine the subject of Life, from many perspectives, include Alok explaining the strange properties of water that made life possible.

Expect to sing four popular songs, hear poetry and an inspiring talk, play a silly game and connect with your local community. The Assembly welcome all ages and all backgrounds.

The next Assembly is at our new venue, PUBLIC Bar, on 23 April, opposite Sweeney Todd’s pie shop.
