The Self Management Group is open to people who have experienced, or are experiencing, mental health difficulties. The group will provide a safe and supportive environment where people will support each other.
People attending can learn from each other to develop techniques and skills to manage their wellbeing. The group topics run over four weeks and then the group can continue to meet together on a weekly basis to support each other.
Topics covered are:
Week 1: Introduction to Self Management
Week 2: Goal setting, quick wins and tool kits
Week 3: Problem solving and being kind to ourselves
Week 4: Helpful resources/what is next?
