Protect vulnerable adults from the risk of fire

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) is providing free training for partner agencies and frontline workers. The training is designed to enable you to work in partnership with RBFRS to protect vulnerable adults from the risks of fire, enabling them to live safe and fulfilling lives.


The aims of this training are to highlight:

  • The increased risk of fire to vulnerable adults living in their own homes
  • Who is more at risk
  • The protection measures and additional equipment that is available
  • When to make a referral to the Fire Service
  • How to make a referral to the Fire Service
