Does your organisation support service users with mental health problems? RVA is co-hosting a Mental Health Forum in partnership with the Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and Berkshire Community Foundation (BCF) to explore what can be done to support those with mental health problems into employment. There is also the opportunity to receive an update on available funding for projects to support individuals with mental health problems to achieve better outcomes for themselves.

11.30am – Presentation from Teri Kearsey and Jim Fyfe from BCF who will give an update on their Mental Health Funding round, which is now open for submission of initial interest. Terri and Jim will also be available for 1-2-1 appointments at RVA offices following the forum to enable you to canvas your ideas for funding, so do come prepared with your ideas and proposed project plans. They will not be able to give you a definitive answer but can advise on whether you should proceed or any areas where further support is needed through RVA or themselves to fine tune your proposal.
