About the Course

The course provides an overview of universal credit. It will cover the following:

  • What is universal credit?
  • Who is eligible?
  • How to claim.
  • How universal credit is calculated.
  • How other benefits are affected.
  • Claimant commitment.
  • Conditionality groups.
  • Sanctions.
Practicalities

The course runs from 10am to 1pm and is delivered at our offices on Minster Street by one of our experienced trainers.

Cost per delegate: £50 (charity), £60 (statutory), £90 (Commercial)
Discounts for multiple bookings. All fees cover training, support materials and tea and coffee
