Introduction To Restorative Practice

Session outline

The session will introduce participants to the restorative approach, as a way of being, as well as additional tools to complement your existing approach. The sessions will outline what a restorative culture looks like in an organisation working with children and families, and will give an overview of the principles and practice. Examples will be shared of other organisations which have created a restorative culture and the positive impact of this.
