Are You Listening? Festival

Saturday 22 April 2017

Are You Listening? Festival, in partnership with Reading Mencap, returns for its 5th year, following its continuing overwhelming success. To date the music festival has raised over £34,000 for the local charity that supports people with learning disabilities and their families.

The one-day music festival is held across Reading town centre venues, including the Oakford Social Club, Purple Turtle, Milk, South Street Arts Centre and more.

Over 30 acts have already been announced, with Spring King, Huw Stephens, John Kennedy, The Big Moon, Tom Williams and Ollie Teeba confirmed as headliners.

Apart from raising awareness and funds for Reading Mencap, the festival will continue to support the local music scene from the grassroots level upwards. It is a policy of the festival to ensure at least 70% of the artist bookings are from Reading and the surrounding Berkshire area.

Super Early-Bird Tickets are available now – details and tickets from www.areyoulistening.org.uk. Tickets can also be collected from Sub 89 on the day.
