As the number of Social Prescribers grows and following on from requests from several new to the post, we have put together a workshop for Social Prescribers in the local area. This will be a chance for everyone to come together and consider the role of the social prescriber, share their experiences and to look at common issues, caseload management, and paths to help people engage with local services and groups.

Who should attend?
This course is ideally suited to anyone who is working as a Social Prescriber in a PCN or charitable organisation.
The session will be co-delivered by Sarah Martin and Amber Holdway, both of whom have been working as Social Prescribers for 4 years and have backgrounds in related professions.
