Troubled Families Innovations Fund: round two launched

Reading Borough Council is pleased to announce the launch of round two of the Innovations Fund, and is inviting applications for funding.

In the next round of innovations we would like to focus directly on the following areas of work (this does not exclude applications which target other Troubled Families outcomes):

  • Education – attendance and exclusions
  • Domestic abuse – Perpetrator / Adolescent to parent violence / BME community / Single parents
  • Health
  • Risky teenage behaviours.

David Neale

David runs the Get Online Reading project, which uses a team of volunteers to promote digital inclusion around the town and help local people make better use of the internet. The Get Online team is based at Reading Central Library and does outreach sessions at other libraries and community venues around Reading. David also co-developed the RVA website.
