What they fund

Projects focused on building financial capability skills for those who need it most. This grant round is specifically to support the younger generation (under 25) to help them learn financial life skills and to grow during the difficult financial climate. They invite organisations to apply if they have a great idea for a financial capability project. They are looking for projects which are innovative in either audience, approach or delivery. All grants are below £7,500.

The MSE Charity will consider full project cost recovery, but costs must only relate to the project itself and not the organisation’s core funding.

All applications must demonstrate how the project they are seeking funding for has a lasting impact on the people taking part.

There is particular interest in applications which use memorable, innovative, and or creative ways of delivering financial life skills which will make a lasting impact on the way people think, behave and manage their money.

Is there a deadline?

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 26th February. Please note that grant rounds may close early once 40 applications have been received.
