Selina Wagstaff, an MBA student at Henley Business School, is carrying out research into the links between charity leadership and employees’ perceptions of their charity’s reputation.
She has created a research survey and is looking for employees of UK charities (of any type or size) to complete it. The survey is designed to be completely anonymous regarding the individual respondent and the charity.
Selina said: ‘I have worked in the charitable sector for a number of years and I am coming to the end of studying for an MBA at Henley Business School. There’s a lack of research at MBA level carried out specifically for the charitable sector and, with charity reputation very much a topical subject, my aim is to find links between charity leadership and employees’ perceptions of their charity’s reputation, which in turn leads to positive behaviours.’
