We are delighted to announce two funding fairs coming up in June and July for Reading community and voluntary groups to hear from different funders, including the Big Lottery.
This will also be your chance to get some top tips on funding applications and let the funders know what your needs are, which will feed back into their grant-making processes.
Funding Fair 1 – ‘All groups’
Friday 16 June, 10am – 1pm
Open to all Voluntary and Community groups in Reading, and will have a more universal look at the different funding opportunities that are currently available through local and national funders. Book here.
Funding Fair 2 – ‘Minority Groups’
Wednesday 19 July, 10am – 1pm
A special focus on funding opportunities for voluntary and community groups serving minority ethnic communities in Reading. In particular, the Big Lottery would like to hear from local groups about what activities they are providing to meet the needs of minority communities in Reading and where additional funding may be needed. This is your chance to feed back! Book here
Groups are welcome to attend either or both sessions. Both events are expected to be very popular, therefore places are restricted to 2 people per organisation. If you are unable to attend, then please cancel your place as soon as possible so that the place can be made available for others to use. Both events are free of charge.
