We offer a large room within the Recreation Wing of the Milestone Centre, with exclusive use of a separate dedicated office and ‘wet play’ rooms, the latter exiting onto a playground owned by Reading Borough Council.  A small external store is available for play equipment. There is also a kitchenette with allocated lockable storage, a microwave oven and refrigerator.

Accommodation is available for week-day use, early morning to 6pm (to be negotiated), either term time or up to 49 weeks a year. The room has previously been licensed with Ofsted for children aged 2 to 5 years, for a maximum of 24 pupils.

The Milestone Centre is situated in the centre of Caversham Park Village on the local Caversham bus routes 24 and 23, with access to the 22, with a large (free) car park. It is walking distance to St Martins and Caversham Park Primary and also close to Micklands, The Hill and Emmer Green Primary.

We consider that this would suit either an existing pre-school looking to expand, or a new entrant into the market.  The licence fee would be payable termly/quarterly in advance, hourly rate £15 – £17 ph.
