NCVO and Bates Wells hosted another excellent webinar today on the key issues for charities in public service delivery: procurement and contracts. The webinar consists of 3 elements:

  1. NCVO update on policy work around procurement.
  2. Bates Wells Charities Partner update on the government’s Procurement Policy Notes (PPN’s) and how they apply to charities. In particular PPN 02/20 will be of particular interest to charities who are re-negotiating contracts with contracting authorities such as the local authority or public health, and some practical steps that your organisation can take.
  3. Bates Wells Employment Partner update on how furlough applies to publicly funded organisations.
