The next Wellbeing Forum for the Voluntary and Community Sector will be be on Thursday 4th July from 10:00am to 12:30pm at RISC, London Street, Reading. Refreshments will be available from 9:30am.

The draft programme includes:

  • Kim McCall (Health and Wellbeing Intelligence Officer, RBC Wellbeing Team)  will demonstrate the new online tool – Instant Atlas – which will form the digital self-serve element of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). We will discuss how the JSNA can support service planning and fundraising, and hear  about a framework for capturing local research, including reports commissioned by voluntary organisations.
  • Carolyn Lawson (Urgent Care Programme Lead, Berkshire West CCG) will lead  discussions about the work of the A&E Delivery Board and the development of the Berkshire West Urgent and Emergency Care strategy. The strategy will focus on four areas including keeping people safe and well at home, both to prevent hospital admission and to settle at home after a hospital stay, recognising the role of voluntary organisations delivering these priorities.
