Funding – Young People’s Mental Health Pilot – open for applications until 6 May

RBC are seeking to appoint an organisation to develop and run a pilot project focussed on understanding the needs and improving the mental health of children and youg people in Reading. This pilot project is part of a wider project: Reading Place of Culture.

What is the funding for?

To review existing artistic, cultural or heritage opportunities available to children and young people in South Reading and beyond, to consult with children and young people to establish what their needs and interests are, and to develop and trial a short programme of artistic, cultural or heritage focussed activities, that will have a measurable impact on mental health and social isolation and lonliness during and beyond the Summer holidays 2019.

How much is the funding available?

The funding is for £6,000

Who should apply?

The funding is available for a community, arts, cultural or heritage organisation to deliver an innovative artistic project.

When should the project be delivered?

Between May and December 2019
