The Skills Network are offering a free comprehensive distance learning course on Mental Health Awareness. The qualification is suitable for anyone who wishes to increase their knowledge of mental health problems, the factors that cause mental ill-health and the ways
that mental health problems can be managed.
- Modules studied will include:
- Understanding mental health
- Understanding stress
- Understanding anxiety
- Understanding depression
- Understanding bipolar disorder
- Understanding schizophrenia
- Understanding dementia
- Understanding eating disorders
- Understanding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
The course is open to all as long as you are not currently studying or already have a qualification in this area.
