What is the Reading Troubled Families programme?
The goal of the programme is that by 2020, at least 1,170 troubled families who are currently being left behind, have improved outcomes in areas such as education, health and finance.
What progress has the programme made towards this goal?
As of January 2019, 457 families had a named lead worker, a whole family assessment and plan in place, and had achieved significant and sustained progress in a number of areas of family life.
