Reception / Meet and greet volunteers needed for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in RG7
This volunteering role is a chance to join a team of eight volunteers and six permanent members of staff at Central Office.
You would be in charge of welcoming guests, passing on any messages to the appropriate members of staff in a timely manner and undertaking general admin tasks such as handling incoming deliveries and booking meeting rooms.
This is a part time role, particularly Wednesday 1-5pm and Friday 1-5pm plus some potential holiday cover.
We are looking for reliable and punctual individuals with the ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills are a must and you should be willing to work in an environment with dogs.
You will receive ongoing support from the team and a basic induction to Guide Dogs and the role.
