Help us arrange and organise local day trips for our sight impaired members

Administration volunteer needed for Private: Reading Association for the Blind (RAB) in RG1

We are seeking a volunteer to take on the varied and interesting role of trip administrator volunteer. This will involve arranging and organising local day trips for our sight impaired members. We offer a trip once a month.

You will be required to find venues, type the details for our members and staff, collect and process the money. Also to coordinate the use of our minibus transport with our drivers. You will then take charge on the day of the trip.

The use of a computer and telephone is provided at Walford Hall where the details will need to be processed, this with data protection in mind.
