Can you make a difference to some of Reading’s most disadvantaged people?
Administration volunteers needed for Launchpad Reading in RG1
Launchpad supports people facing homelessness in Reading, and our Supported Housing and Floating Support Teams work to house, support and empower those individuals to turn their lives around.
We’re currently looking for Admin Volunteers to join both Teams and assist them in their vital work.
The role will allow you to gain experience in a busy office, working on a computer, answering telephone enquiries and archiving. It will also give you the chance to work with and support some of Reading’s most vulnerable people.
We’re looking for Volunteers who can give us 4 hours per week and they should be a warm individual with a sympathetic ear, a friendly telephone manner and basic computer skills.
Experience working with the client group is great, but not essential.
